Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of Course Class.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Course Class, you are eligible to receive a refund for fourteen days following your purchase.

Method of Request

To request a refund, you must email us at hello@beccaklein.co and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. This is the only way to request a refund. Statements made in the student Facebook group or any other forum are not considered refund requests. You must instead email us at hello@beccaklein.co.

In your refund request, please provide: (1) your full name, (2) the email address you used to purchase, and (3) a clear statement that you are requesting a full refund.

Refund Period

In order to receive a refund on Course Class, you must email hello@beccaklein.co on or before 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the fourteenth day after your purchase of Course Class.

For example, if you purchased Course Class on March 1, 2022, your refund request deadline would be 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on March 14, 2022.

This refund deadline is a firm deadline. No exceptions will be made for any reason.

Amount Refunded

The amount of your refund will be the same as the amount of your purchase, regardless of whether the price of Course Class later went up or down.

Payment Plans

If you purchased Course Class on a payment plan and have requested a refund, your first payment will be refunded and all future payments will be canceled.

If for some reason you receive a subsequent charge, just email us at hello@beccaklein.co and we will fully refund that extra charge.
